What is a Producer?

A producer is someone who makes goods or provides services. They create things or do jobs that other people want or need.

A baker who makes delicious cakes is a producer of goods. A firefighter who helps keep people safe is a producer of services.

Producer in Action!

Your mom or dad might be a producer if they go to work and make things or help people. Even you can be a producer!

If you draw a picture for your grandma, you are producing a good (the picture). If you help your neighbor rake leaves, you are producing a service!
